Meta Masters Guild Presale Races Past $1.5M Ahead Of Imminent 23% Price Increase – Cointelegraph
The Meta Masters Guild presale has now smashed through the $1.5-million barrier in less than three weeks since it launched.
The crypto world is buzzing with excitement over the new crypto gaming project, which is developing Web3’s first dedicated mobile gaming platform.
Now in Stage 3 and on sale for $0.013 each, the price of MEMAG tokens will increase 23% in Stage 4 to $0.016, which is triggered when it reaches $1.848 million or Jan. 31 — although at the current rate of sale, that is likely to be in the next 48 hours.
Investors who purchase in Stage 3 will have seen the price rise by a total of 76% by the time the presale ends, with the seventh and final presale stage offering MEMAG at $0.023.
“A fully playable version will be released this year”
Three games are currently in development on the platform, and it has now been revealed that Meta Kart Racers is set for release in 2023.
Blockchain games studio Gamearound, which previously created games for billion-dollar fashion brand Boohoo, is developing the title, which will be available on Android and iOS.
Gamearound CEO Gideon Clifton said, “We are excited to announce the development of a fully playable version that will be released later this year.”
“This playable version will feature a free entry-level NFT character and kart, with premium versions available for purchase in our NFT marketplace or unlockable in the game.”
He continued, “Our goal is to revolutionize the mobile gaming community by introducing fun and rewarding play-to-earn (P2E) games, with Meta Kart Racers being the first in the MEMAG launch collection.”
Clifton described the MEMAG partnership as “a landmark moment for Gamearound and blockchain gaming, bringing ground-breaking, fun and enjoyable titles to the global P2E community.”

Meta Kart Racers will see players select a driver and kart and drive on fun race tracks in player-vs-player and solo races — there are play-to-earn and free-to-play versions of the game.
The two other games in development are turn-based fantasy fighter Raid NFT and Meta Masters World, an open-world metaverse with little structure where players are free to roam, collect resources, complete missions, and interact with other players.
